Information We Collect
We may collect information you choose to provide through the website chatbot (such as a name, email, phone number, or platform preference) and basic technical information needed to operate the site and chatbot (such as pages visited and device type).
Chatbot Interactions
When you use the GameAccount chatbot, conversation content and contact details you voluntarily share may be stored so support can respond. Chat content is separate from anonymous channel-attribution records.
First-Party Attribution (Phase 3A)
GameAccount.us uses first-party operational attribution so we can understand which educational entry channels open the chatbot. Browser storage uses localStorage for durable anonymous first- and last-touch fields and sessionStorage for the current tab session. Anonymous visitor_id and attribution_session_id values may be generated. Source, medium, campaign, landing-page, and referrer fields may be linked to a chat session with operational funnel events. Attribution records are not intended to contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, passwords, or chat-message content.
No Attribution Cookie
GameAccount.us does not use a first-party attribution cookie. An earlier cookie mirror was removed. See the Cookie & Browser Storage Policy for browser-storage details.
Operational Analytics Versus Third-Party Ads Analytics
Operational attribution and funnel events are first-party. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are not currently enabled on this website. Catalog events named qualified_lead and conversion_completed remain disabled.
Browser Storage May Be Unavailable
Visitors may block, clear, or lose browser storage. The site and chatbot are designed to continue operating when storage is unavailable, with documented attribution fallbacks.
Data Retention
Browser attribution storage may persist up to 400 days (client-side durable storage intent). Server attribution and funnel records do not carry a public automatic-deletion promise until a tested purge mechanism exists. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for support operations, security, reporting, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Data-deletion requests are reviewed individually. Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion or review of personal data, follow the Data Deletion Request page and email privacy@gameaccount.us. We may need to retain certain records for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. We do not promise a statutory deletion deadline on this page.

Our site links to third-party platforms and resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. The chatbot widget is hosted at chatbot.sweepstakesnearme.com.
Age Restriction
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.
